Gaga is not following success

Many here keep talking and worrying abut Gaga's success with PI. But honestly there are many signs that indicate that Gaga was not following or cares about success with PI and even maybe the Joanne era (even if she would be happy if she did have success).

1st: PI is not radio friendly. PI is a pop song with rock, disco, indie, and 80s influences. This description couldn't be more different from the songs that are playing on the radio today

2nd: Gaga could have release an updated TF or TFM in order to possibly regain her success. But she didn't.

3rd: Gaga could have followed the modern trap, R&B, and EDM trends, like Katy, Taylor, Justin, Beyonce, Rihanna do. But she didn't

4th: Gaga could have promoted PI a lot more, like TV performances, or award show performances. But she didn't.

-All in all, PI's success was predictable as soon as she released the song. It was always going to be hard for it to be a success because the song is simply not something people are used to in today's music scene. And in general it is obvious that Gaga is just making music that she likes and she is not trying to get those "hot tracks" as she says (even though she could easily make one).

i think the most important sign is that she hasnt (and most likely won't) performed the song yet to promote it, just for fun in a gay london club. so, there's that, little charters.

Which makes sense given the facts that I pointed out.

Not really.

So she didn't follow the trends. She didn't use to follow trends anyways, she set them.

So she didn't promote, how many performances does Bad Romance have?

So it's not radio friendly, it's not radio who decides what to play. It just plays the most popular songs. If PI would sell like crazy radio would have to play it anyways.
