With Gaga, the quality's guaranteed, so give me that quantity that I love There's just something about Angel Down and Angel Down work tape that is kinda bugging me I know I haven't heard them yet and will most likely end up loving it but that could've been a spot for a another new song Either way, still excited
display name 4,360
Surprised to see "Grigio Girls" as a bonus track, considered it's one of the few about which she's really spoken.

I used to think the more Gaga songs, the better, but sometimes you just have to remove possible "filler" tracks so the album gets more appreciated. I mean, Gaga music is always welcome but it's probably for the best. Look at ARTPOP, it had songs like Donatella, Fashion!, MANiCURE, Jewels etc. that are not (in my opinion) as strong tracks as Do What U Want. Totally agree with you, though I'm still salty about not getting Onion Girl, Tinnitus, Temple and that other track with "Like" in the title lol

There are ways to use hand written typeface that isn't try-hard, this is not one of those ways. As a lover of design, that is just my opinion. I have no intention of "throwing one back at you." You are welcome to disagree with me. If my posts upset you to the point where you feel the need to threaten physical acts of violence, perhaps for your own mental well being, you might want to consider using the handy "ignore user" function this forum provides. Stop fighting people on the internet, lol Personally I think it's a very muted look but it doesn't skimp on Gaga drama. I don't see why it looks corny, there is no faux rock and roll here. I would die if I didn't have MANiCURE, one of ARTPOP's best. And I also really enjoy Donatella. I agree with JnD and Fashion!

It's not corny at all. If it was the album cover... yeah. But this is subtle.

I shared my opinion, someone said they wanted to punch me in the face because of my opinion, I responded politely. I disagree about the corniness. I have high hopes for this album, but its visuals are basic, and not in a cool diy, lo-fi, way.

RichAssPiss 4,936
No Beck or Father John Misty features? Do we think they have writing credits? Father John worked on Sinner's Prayer. Any idea which track she worked with Beck on?

Still can't find it but I respect your POV. Where is the basic? All over. The Perfect Illusions promo stripes that fans called "minimalism" where horrible design. The single cover isn't noteworthy in any way. The Artist In Profile album cover, is an album cover we have seen a thousand times over. The scribbled calligraphy can be found in basically every Alt Rock album liner note. With the music video she certainly wasn't treading new ground, its basic concept didn't have a tenth of the layers she once provided with her videos. It's corny basic imagery that fans are pretending is minimalism. I'm sure that this is going to be a terrific album, and I'm very excited to hear it, but the visuals she is creating to correspond with the music are uninspired and nothing new. My criticism is totally irrelevant if you are just here for her music, but I'm not just here for her music. So it matters to me. If it doesn't matter to you, I totally respect that.
