Kesha 595
No, if she performs at the Grammys it will probably be the 3rd single
Arizona Sky 10,913
No, it won't. She also won't perform because... 1) She won't be nominated 2) She's doing the Halftime Show a week before She will probably attend and maybe present an award though. She'll be back in 2018 to collect her awards and possibly perform a Joanne medley

The sure-shots are: 1. Hello - Adele 2. Can't Stop the Feeling - JT 3. Love Yourself - JB And the remaining two I had to go over some of the pop songs that charted high this year, who are also eligible. 'Rise' charted at #11, & if u look at Katy's Grammys history, only her very very successful songs (#1 or #2) get a Grammy nom, so I don't think Rise will get any noms this year. 'NO' charted pretty high too at #3, so that could be a contender, but Meghan has disappeared off the face of pop music, & Better isn't doing well, so they may consider but she's not high on the list. 'Just Like Fire' charted at #10, & it's P!nk, so I think they may put her as the 4th nominee. 'Dangerous Woman' charted at #8, but the Grammys are still warming up to Ariana, so I think she'll get a Best Pop Vocal album nomination instead. 'Perfect Illusion' charted at #15 (might still rise idk), but it's very different from any of the other songs on this list, so the Grammy committee might like it more bcos of that. Plus, it's Gaga, whom they pretty much like, if not love. (ARTPOP era aside) These were the bigger pop songs of 2016, so I think it's down to Rise, NO, Just Like Fire, DW & PI, this is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt. What about Sia, is she eligible? Cheap Thrills was huge and she has a new single out.

Oh definitely, but they will probably nominate the collaboration with Sean Paul, since that's the version that hit #1. So you'll see her under Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
