Buranovskiye Babushki are back with a new single "Ole-ola" dedicated to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The song includes the names of all the Russian cities that are set to host the matches of the World Cup along with the lyrics "Make us happy with your goals, the grandmothers are with you, and whoever has been quiet sing along with us"

To avoid "who" comments I'm gonna introduce them to you who don't know them.

Buranovskiye Babushki, meaning Buranovo Grannies, is a Russian/Udmurtian band containing eight elderly women. They mostly perform in the Udmurt language.
They stole millions of hearts around Europe when they represented Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Party for Everybody", receiving a well-deserved 2nd place.

Madonna could join them, maybe she wouldn't have to complain about ageism anymore cause those ladies are doing just fine.

These ones are not the ones who performed at the Eurovision!! The original Babushkas were abandoned by their producer in 2014 and now they perform somewhere without any acknowledgement whatsoever... I hate my country :awkney:
