This is wonderful. The house screams Gaga. The wall prints reminds me of the crazy floral print in her NY penthouse. I love Zappa and I love this house. :hor:

After Lana, she must be the indie artist with the best property right in the game ATM.

Queens of real estate slaying the game (not the charts) left and right with their continual house purchases

So she has a 10,000 square foot, $23 million mansion in Malibu, a 6,759 square foot, $5.25 house in the Hollywood Hills, and a rental apartment overlooking Central Park? Gaga has a property portfolio to die for.

Don't  you realize what this means?

This house will be the house that will be lived in by so many musical geniuses who she invites to sing/collaborate in her future albums.  This will be the house where LG6 will happen.

She mentioned in her past interviews that when she collaborates with other people, she wants them to be physically there and musically connected with her to enjoy the moment of creating music. Those guest houses will be lived in by her future collaborators and producers. This is so brillant. The overall vibe and decor of the house just screams creativity. A person's environment can  fuel those creative juices and keep it flowing.

I say what a wonderful buy! Hope she installs a good security system.

ok now promote PI

This is promotion for PI. I'm serious.

What better way to re-brand yourself as a rock act than buying Frank Zappa's former home?

Wow, times really have changed. (No judgement on that, just an interesting evolution)
