All you have to do is to buy a cheap projector and display the brand new Perfect Illusion video. But don't make any disturbances around your neighborhood! You can buy a cheap projector on eBay: http://ebay.to/2di6mKh Or, if you can not afford it, you can help out by creating a creepy story involving the video. For example: Dancer went unconscious after dancing too hard, and left her on the ground. Person in the video has died and record label is trying to cover it up!
