2 - Hotel total viewers: 12,2 million

and then comes Roanoke with total viewers of 10.9 million

It didn't say it was #1 :rip:

Just that it ranked among

Depends on how the season ends.

10.9 million is a good number but the number they take into account when it's about to renew the tv shows/series si the Demo (18-49), which this time was 2,8, less than the previous two season of 3,0.

It's still a good number but remember that Hotel ended with 2 million viewers and a Demo of 1.9 (if I'm not wrong)

There are shows with 10 million viewers but 0,9 on demo, which don't make any profit, even with that numbers the shows are cancelled.

The Good Wife had 8-11 million views per episode (live, which double AHS numbers) but a really low demo of less than 1.

The Demo is the people aged 18-49 who sees the ads during the breaks and are the ones that will be buying, low Demo > no promo > no show.

AHS has no big problem with demo, last year it ended up #1 show in demo on FX

although i know that the creators of the show have always intended it to run for 7 seasons, it's still pretty ****ing sad that a high quality legal drama had to end. it was and will always be one of my favorite tv shows of all time. i loved every second of it. :ohno:

right? It was real high quality drama!

It made me want to be a lawyer but in the US, where I live that stuff is boring :cryga:

Still pissed that the Emmys didn't nominate Julianna! WTF? I mean, that episode when Eli talked to her and then she breaks in tears in front of Lucca, that was outstanding! Very emotive

I guess those damn trailers paid off after all?

the silence and mystery paid too

They have a strong season this year, I think rating won't fall too much all along the season

Plus, being on 10 episodes and not having one of those month-long breaks will really keep momentum up; I always hated that it'd take a break for several weeks, kinda kills the vibe.
