I lack knowledge about TV Ratings, but I remember Hotel's premiere garnering around 12 million viewers. If so, how come Roanoke's premiere is the most-Watched in FX history? :oprah:

At least the show is still doing well! I love it and I don't want it to end. Doctor Who and Scream Queens and Criminal Minds are all I have left once Bones ends!

That's very good! I eat my words, I was completely wrong. I thought it wouldn't do this well at all.

Hopefully the rest of the series will also do well :)

Very happy for them! Like most of you I think too that they will renew the series soon. Hoping the ratings will continue to be strong.

-Forget this part-

1 - Freak Show total viewers: 13,36 million

2 - Hotel total viewers: 12,2 million

and then comes Roanoke with total viewers of 10.9 million?

Not surprised. Being the first year that fans knew nothing about the season's content, of course they were going to tune in. Whether they keep coming back...

Ryan Murphy was already confident for season 7 and 8, I guess it's quite sure to happen

It's practically already been renewed for two new seasons.

Depends on how the season ends.

10.9 million is a good number but the number they take into account when it's about to renew the tv shows/series si the Demo (18-49), which this time was 2,8, less than the previous two season of 3,0.

It's still a good number but remember that Hotel ended with 2 million viewers and a Demo of 1.9 (if I'm not wrong)

There are shows with 10 million viewers but 0,9 on demo, which don't make any profit, even with that numbers the shows are cancelled.

The Good Wife had 8-11 million views per episode (live, which double AHS numbers) but a really low demo of less than 1.

The Demo is the people aged 18-49 who sees the ads during the breaks and are the ones that will be buying, low Demo > no promo > no show.
