They aren't theatres, she generally plays clubs/bars, so not a lot can fit. The venue she's playing in Sydney houses 500 people. With a high demand show though, they may double that number since people will be cramming in to watch her sing, rather than just sitting around drinking. I saw Lady Gaga at the same venue right before she made it big. It was packed out wall to wall, once Gaga finished, lots of people left, so the room capacity can fill more than the "regular" 500 for sure. I'm sure that's the case for most venues.
