Edit: HeadBitch, thanks a lot for the links! :) "Nevada Master Ref 1" is afaik a technical thing and was just album info on someone-connected-to-Lana's computer when they uploaded tracks to her website years ago. I think the album is called Nevada, and that there was never a legitimate piece of album art for it. The "aka" one seems to be a sort of placeholder and something better was never created before the album got removed etc. EDIT: Does anyone know how to tell if an mp3 has been upconverted?
