Her record label are the one's that ultimately decide when the singles/album artwork and release dates along many other things are told 

yeah I'm jealous that other people get to know first but that doesn't give anyone the right to call them "attention seeking" just bc they won't spill info as they were told by Gaga not to

They said it's not Joanne, Chaos Angel or Self-titled (Lady Gaga) but they didn't say it's not Stefani, it's def Stefani i've been saying that since the first interview when she promoted PI
