Almost country lol As an American it actually sounds foreign to me, which is kind of interesting. I think it's because it's on a note which causes it to be accented somewhat strangely; it's somewhat whiny-sounding and may be nasalized, possibly because Gaga was forcing more air then is normally required for saying the word because she's singing.
