im glad

but i dont get her

why would you release some song as a lead if it doesn't represent the album

lead single is what leads into the album and represents it and gets the public interested in it (or not)

Then why is it the lead single? :classy:

Most of her first singles are usually very different from the rest of the album. But then again, most of her albums have a lot of variety.

i'm so excited for LG5!

the fact it will be autobiographical and "each track having it's own story all working together" is so awesome.

plus, the constant female entity appearing in her writing sessions being a major influence gives me chills! the theory that she acknowledges this woman as "herself if music didn't work out" is just mind-blowing.

i already feel it's going to be a journey of self-identity and discovery.

this will be Gaga's most personal record yet, as she "tries to bring the woman of the past to the future."

she also said she made a song with RedOne that she loved. I am so ready for the slayage of this album. It will be like waking up one day to 10+ new lady gaga songs. I might actually die?

I would love a similar sound. Just don't pronounce words like the Countess and autotune your vocals a bit for a less abrasive sound please

This was truly amazing to hear about. I LOVE delving into her creative process like that. I got chills too when she said "and then I realized that woman was me."

Gaga's albums are always very varied anyways. It would be hard for any one song to represent a whole Gaga album.

She says this about literally every lead single.

And she's mostly right, Born This Way is not that indicative of The Edge of Glory or Bloody Mary for instance. :chica:
