It may not seem like it, but especially in this wreck of a forum, everything Gaga does is somehow wrong or desperate or foolhardy to some portion of the population here. All of the individuals on the forum who are actively vocalizing their distaste for PI who cite it as further proof that Gaga knows that she's "flopping" and needs to cancel the album.
