MTN was initially intended to be the lead for the BTW-era but she chose BTW instead as well as Judas. Had she played it with MTN first and The Edge of Glory second, Born This Way would've had much longer lasting success imo. As much as everyone hates BTW the song, I actually quite like it. Its corny and ham fisted but its also fun and jam packed with energy. If everyone couldve just enjoyed it instead of projecting and trying to tear her down it would be an inarguable staple today.
