New Rule in Media Section: Credit Your Own Works

This applies to Audio edits, remixes, mashups, megamixes and all fanmade filters and stems.

 (and photo and video edits, even though we have fewer of those going on right now)

When you are posting a track that you made yourself, please add your name or your username to "sign" your work.

Such as: Perfect Illusion (Remaster) by ChicaSkas 

Not just:  Perfect Illusion (Remaster)

Right now in Media, we have many "remasters" and "edits" and "extended versions" of Perfect Illusion. When a listener goes to download these, they all show up exactly the same way in media players -- with nothing telling the downloader who did the work. A few, like Ricky and Ryan, are already doing this , which is great! This is just to differentiate all the tracks floating around from each other, so they don't all blur into one (except in my head, of course )

If you want to get perfectly technical, it is their right. But this is a media archive, a library of sorts, run by... well, me. And I never said I'd infract people if they didn't -- this is just a hugely needed *guideline*.

This will make everyone's lives easier. And mine too, since I have to keep it tidy, and sorted, and organized.

And, soon, pruned. So, this is good for not only you guys, but me too.

I support this. I've been adding usernames to files I download anyway for a while now but it makes sense to have it in the title too, it'll make finding certain threads easier.

I can't post my works here , i just fan made a bad kids uncensored snippet and i cant add it
