I think it's because it is proof of her musical brilliance, after all these years of the GP saying she was "over" or just a "shock" artist without substance... ...and more recently that she was a "brilliant vocalist" but irrelevant as a pop act. To me, this single proves that she is everything we always knew she was. Millions doubted us, but Gaga has delivered the receipts. This song is legendary. As I said last night, even IF it doesn't become a hit for her (and I think it will), it will absolutely be covered/sampled and become a hit for someone else in a few years. It's truly a gift. It reminds me of a lot of the content on EMOTION lyrically It's always around me, all this noise, but not really as loud as the voice saying "Let it happen, let it happen."
