People define flops differently  There's no harm coming from this thread really, it seems like majority are disagreeing with it flopping and voicing how chart numbers don't matter anyway so I don't see the issue

1. It's not half fanbase, just few loud trolls and usual fans who were here mostly for edm sound/charts

2. There are already many threads with negative opinion, why do you need one with 12 pages about single supposedly "flopping" after being out for 24h? You need a hobby.

3. All the haters of the song are already spread in positive threads telling others "stop lying to yourselves, the song is bad"; "you're forcing yourself to like to song" and similar garbage.

4. Hello newbie, did you just register to tell us you hate it? Or how bad it's flopping?

There really is harm with all these debbie downers, it's just ruining the mood of this site, people are arguing about numbers instead of just enjoying the music.

It is at least half of the fanbase, look around (not only on GGD). Just accept that not everyone likes it and give those people also some topics, this is just not The Fame-era anymore where everyone liked everything of Gaga, we should be happy that stans give their own opinion now, instead stanning for everything because its Gaga. It's a sign that the fanbase is more grown up than before. If.... also the negative comments, and there are a lot of them, should get their space here on GGD.

And yes I don't post here often, but I registered wayyyy before PI.

We can't merge everything to do with any sort of number into there, we aren't about pigeon holing discussion in this type of situation especially when it's about Gaga of all people - we're a Gaga forum at the end of the day  

There are more people complaining about the Debbie Downers than there are actual Debbie Downers, in constantly complaining they themselves become Debbie Downers because they're adding to the threads and adding negativity with the attitude  If people want to argue about numbers then let them, go to any of the countless positive threads  Focus on what makes you feel better instead of giving so much time and attention to what does the opposite. It's not hard to avoid topics that you aren't interested in

It feels very different tracking this song over her other ones. For once its just GAGA doing whatever she wants, and she could care less.

When something is fun to sing and dance to and has a catchy chorus, its bound to blow up on the radio, and with such killer producers on the track, I have really high hopes for this song. I feel like everyone who immediately wrote a bad review after the first listen is going to come back next week and be like, “I take it all back, I’m sorry”, but if that doesn't happen, I'll be okay with it. It's still an amazing song despite what some people are saying, and I don't need it to be a hit to know that.

Feel free to  Threads can't be painted with the same brush in every way because we're on a forum for a specific artist  If you think a certain thread breaks the rules in the future then report it and leave it at that - complaining in the thread isn't going to fix your issue, in fact it makes things worse
