I think (I can only guess) that maybe Lady Gaga changed the lead single for a couple of reasons. Firstly, a) Because she wants to show people she can get a hit without the producer who gave most of her others and all of her first ones. b) She wants to portray the album for what it is to her, this Mark-Bloodpop-Kevin-Gaga project, by using the single they made together. c) Maybe she just changed her mind about the songs, and her favourites. We may never know. There may be no Red One songs on the album - time will tell. I am fairly sure that Red One and herself will remain friends regardless. Gaga and RedOne always have great tracks coming so I'm hoping for one track to be produced by him Them working together just gives Gaga her signature sound that I enjoy. Shan Shan 49 Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 I am hoping for a RedOne collab because I know they did some work back in 2015 and I just don't wanna put their efforts into waste, but I remember when Venus came out, it has the same aural energy that bad romance has but it still fits ARTPOP. Also, *Perfect Illusion is fine.. (it would be an "ok" track for every pop / pop-rock singer ) BUT it's not Gaga. I cant hear her all spirit, creativity n darkness at all. Don t get me wrong, its a catchy song and i like it and her voice is excellent on this (except she screams a little bit more) but i can't hear her spirit. i only hear maybe Ronson.. Thats not bad, but also, not her. Maybe she is boring of Lady Gaga, maybe she wants her previous self back.
