I think that comparing these two does make any sense. Of course that she gets 3m likes on a simply selfie, a lot of 'kids' adore her, she is the most followed person on Instagram, while Gaga has never been a huge Instagram force, so this is a big deal, but if you wanted to compare someone to Gaga's levet take Britney for example, i bet that the Glory cover has reached around 300k likes on all 3 social medias.
