So here is a list of Gaga's possible competitors: Closer-Chainsmokers: The current Billboard Hot 100 #1 song. Its popularity just seems to keep rising. PI's biggest roadblock to the #1 spot. Heathens-21 Pilots: The current Billboard Hot 100 #4 song. 21 Pilots are simply the cool new alternative band of the moment. They are sure going to challenge PI. The Greatest-Sia (Ft. Kendrick Lamar): Sia is riding the wave of her recent #1 song Cheap Thrills. Add the fact that this song was just released and that it includes the acclaimed rapper Kendrick Lamar, and this could be a another big hit. Cold Water-Major Lazer (Ft. All charts in the world go from friday through thursday since 2014 or 2015. We should instead be looking at songs that might block it from going top 10 tbh. Let's just hope she goes top 10. Singles used to release at the beginning of the week that way artists would get a full weeks worth of sales. Just a couple days will hurt her. Most sales will happen the first day.
