I don't agree that "The song is still coming" reads "The song is still coming on September 9th." It could be read that way, or it could be read that it's coming eventually.

I was just about to say.

Gaga has had enough with the leaks.  It's been 6/7 years and she finally knows not to trust ANYONE.

 

She gives it to stations early, they play it early for attention, someone records it and boom, it goes viral.
