How do people in the uk hear perfect illision the same time as everyone els

When Applause premiered in on the iHeart Radio on demand player, it was listenable in the UK and was 'premiered' about 15 minutes later on Radio 1. I seem to remember Applause took a day or two to make it to iTunes though. A few of the UK releases have been a few days late (Applause, DWUW ft Xtina, TIHTY) but if I'm sure they're aiming for a simultaneous release for PI. If it's first played on US radio, most have various streams that you can play in the UK, so you should be able to hear it as its released.
