Also while this is a bit weird, word of mouth in RL. People usually promote on twitter and various pop forums, but the people who pay attention to these things are already interested in pop culture and will watch the video/check for the song anyway. The trick is in getting people who otherwise wouldn't pay attention to "lady gaga" to try the song, and hopefully like it. That is how you expand her audience and get her more supporters. If not then just download ZenMate VPN. Its avaiable for Chrome and Firefox.
