It'll almost definitely debut top 2 on digital and Applause went top 3 on streaming the week it's video came out. Beyoncé is the biggest thing in the world right now and how long has it been since her last #1? Of course Gaga and Bey are completely different artists, so the comparison is kind of impossible...but what I'm trying to say is success can be measured in many ways, so, despite the fact that the #1 is not happening, it doesn't keep the next era from being good and successful...let's just wait and see what happens. Jonathan2244 1,858 Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 In a deluded way, If Fans Sales Push sales to like 250k I think and then its clicks and smashes with the GP who buy additional 100k to bring first week sales to 350k plus airplay and streaming if the video is released as well then I think it can have a shot at number.Also when Closer Weakens, if PI is still going strong, dont be surprised with some payola or heavy promotion to get it their. I believe gaga wants to get to number 1 and have a hit to prove to GP that she can, if she wants!
