He is not trying to be friends with her or trying to make peace. He's either capitalising on her obvious upcoming success or he's just being sarcastic. There isn't a good bone in his body. And to be fair on Gaga, she was worried for her safety and even though her Twitter outburst was embarrassing, she was obviously genuinely concerned. There was nothing unkind about what she did.
