It's not a scarecrow (I think?), it's just a pumpkin primped as Lady Gaga... Has nothing to do with her being pretty or not it's actually awesome that, from all the major iconic artists out there, they chose to do Gaga. A guy dancing in a cemetery with a pumpkin on his head looks like an Halloween costume to me, not really a scarecrow... There's a guy dressed with lots of pumpkins, I don't get it but it looks like he loves pumpkins lol I don't get the second picture, yeah I guess that is a scarecrow... But overall this meme is about loving Halloween and everything about it, such as the pumpkin tradition (and yes, scarecrows if you want). I don't think that they chose Gaga for being a freak or ugly, in any way, she's just that iconic and it's very easy to personalise stuff with her looks. I can't see why you're so angry about it, instead of a pumpkin with pointy bras they chose lavender bangs and sunglasses.
