So now are you happy?

I knew all along that releasing at the VMAs was not the best choice. So now do you guys agree with me? Releasing around late August may not be the best time to get someone's attention, especially in the USA, because school is starting and Labor Day is around that time. Everyone is focused on those two events. By the 6th of September, everyone will be back in school & back to their regular schedules like watching early morning/late night shows. People will also be driving a lot to work/school which is the perfect time to listen to the radio. I really do think that September is a better time for the lead single. AHS promo will also be on her side too. The single can drop on Sept 9th right before the AHS premiere and the album can be released sometime before Black Friday (preferably Nov 18th). She can perform Perfect Illusion at the AMAs on Nov 20th which will give it it's final push before peaking. Since single cycles are usually 3 months, the 2nd single can have it's debut performance at the **** Clark's Rockin' Eve and she can perform it once more the the Grammys to give it it's final push. For the 3rd single, she can have it's debut performance at the iHeart Radio Music Awards and perform it once more at the BBMAs for it's final push, and so on. You see, it's a very good strategy because the first performance introduces people to the song for the first time and the 2nd performance will give the song it's much needed boost towards it final peak position because it's points on BBH100 will already be higher than it was around the first performance anyway. If Gaga debuted PI at the VMAs, she would've been over shadowed by Beyoncé & Rihanna anyway. All aside, I trust Bobby and Gaga. I believe in them 100% and I'm excited to see how they manage this upcoming era. They know what they are doing!

Nobody is happy in this cult, that's why we're here in the first place...:koons:

ATTENTION: (bad) jokes and sarcasm are still a thing, so don't take everything I say literally. Thank you.

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

I'll be happy when PI is #1 for at least 5 weeks and LG5 debuts with 500,000 copies sold to grab #1 first week and stays there for 8 more weeks to sell a total of 6m copies within those 2+ months :emma:

I'm glad she didn't perform it's just that I miss that feeling before a Gaga performance. I remember when she was holding the Koons ball I was so nervous screaming "PLEASE DON'T FALL". omg what a performance.koons+gaga.jpg

I'm happy if Gaga's happy and she seems happy to release her pop album so who the heck I am to stop her from being happy :reductive:

She needs international promo too, like the EMAs and Brit awards
