Cause people will know they have the most requested artists and will subscribe. They may give good money to artists, but takes the focus from them putting it in the service. That's why you have "Only on x-box" or "only on PS4" games. They want you to buy the console cause the game will eventually fade, but the console will be there during years. Was streaming really a big deal in 2011. No. Uncomparable. The risk is something that can only help, i have a feeling anything they set up would only be a week long exclusive (for singles atleast) and if gaga wanted to stream music exclusively to make money on the album, then this is the best way.
