Worst Record Label?

What do you think the worst record label right now for pop artists?

 

I would say, RCA

Last year Hilary Duff released Sparks, an amazing pop song, and RCA decided to send it to ADULT CONTEMPORARY RADIO, not Pop radio. I don't know about you, but to only send it to AC radio was a dumb decision. Maybe it wasn't in there budget or something, but they sabotaged it.

Avril Lavigne also had her own fiasco with the label and left so she can make the music she wanted to. (She ended up at Epic, sadly) They basically didn't support her making a personal album (goodbye lullaby) and restricted her from doing a lot with it. 

Britney released screen caps from music videos for an album booklet, and we all know the huge video fiasco..  (but that might just be her close team/management not the label)

Personally, i think if Gaga were at RCA we would've never gotten Born This Way and everything would've been a mess.

To be fair, Gaga had troubles with Interscope, and if she didn't fight TFM and TIHTY would never have been released.

True but Interscope is like the best label out there right now, and its always been decent. Gaga fought for things but they actually were there to here her out. RCA would've shut her out right away. Adam Lambert left their label because they were forcing him to make an 80's covers album.
