However, I am still excited about how this will all pan out - especially after the great things that have been said about the single and album Sort of thrilled that I can bop to new Gaga music after 3 years (minus IWYL and C2C). Lord Ryry 3,367 Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I don't understand why she told us about the single and then has just dispersed for a week? is it just me or is that really bad marketing, She needs to be hitting us with new info real soon, and where is she on social media? does she realsie that it's 2016 and realise the importance of being active on social media?? Silence might work for Adele but not Gaga, it's like she rushed a release date because of the performance at iHeartRadio and she isn't ready to release at all. Stop thinking about her career and choices and promo and the music industry and blah blah blah. When did art and music become about the artist's commercial success and promotional decisions rather than about enjoying the art itself? I'm baffled by this phenomenon. I couldn't care less about her chart performance to be honest, I just don't understand why she never talks to us about what she's doing.
