lego 44,165
Videos and pictures on social media show the horrifying scene in Gaziantep, Turkey. Reports in Turkey claim at least 50 people have died and 94 others have been wounded. Turkish MP Mehmet Erdogan said: "There are people who lost their lives and we have initial information suggesting it was a bomb attack.” He has since blamed ISIS for the bomb attack. The attack took place at around 11pm. It is suspected that women and children are among the dead Gaziantep governor Ali Yerlikaya said the incident was a "terrorist attack". It is not clear who is reponsible for the bombing though officials in the region suggest ISIS may have been behind the attack. The Turkish Red Crescent has sent out an appeal for blood donations. A parliamentary deputy from the ruling AK Party said on Twitter ISIS militants were behind the attack. One witness claimed "close to a hundred" people may have been killed or injured. Three ISIS suicide bombers killed 44 people at Istanbul's airport in July. It comes days after a devastating car bomb killed more than six people in the eastern provice of Van. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/539520/Gaziantep-Turkey-bomb-blast-wedding-victims-casualties-terror FreePalestine

Guest
These terrorist attacks are becoming more and more normal, but I hope we never become numb because this has to stop. What saddens me the most is that Gaziyantep is one of the most tolerant cities in Turkey and a prime example of how countless nationalities (including refugees) can live together peacefully. Rest in peace.
Luiz 4,253
things are so crazy out there right now i cant imagine living out there in a place that is so vulnerable to terrorist attacks. you would never suspect women and children to be terrorists but these days that kind of thinking has to be thrown out the window I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it.
