The problem with Kesha...

...is that she is only adored as a pop act because of her Dr. Luke bops. As much as I love her songs, there is no reason to believe she has anything to offer the world of pop beyond her work with him.

Don't get me wrong... I love her! And want the best for her, support her, etc... But I am worried for her. I'm not sure where she goes after Dr. Luke?

I don't like Kesha at all, although I support her case, but she has nothing to offer musically.

You shouldn't, he shouldn't, and the entire music industry shouldn't. She's a grown up woman who's been through hell to be where she is today. If she believes in herself why should we put her down? If she believes in herself why is dr. puke not letting her go? Kesha has a beautiful voice but because of puke she's being compared to Britney not trying to shade) because of the excessive use of autotune. When she worked with Zedd she showcased her voice very well and it's clear that this is what she was born to do.

Honestly I don't care for her music at all, its generic pop trash and I can't stand her voice. Hopefully she goes for something more organic in the future

I liked that cover she did of Bob Dylan, very very much and i think some of her songs are funny. But that's it. What i heard of that work with Zedd was a bit tragic. Let's see if she can come through.

Yeah maybe that's because she never had any choice in what she records and releases ? "She has nothing to offer", what an obnoxious thing to say. You don't know what she has to offer dude.

Kesha has a really great voice, and her rock stuff is top notch. Don't act as if Dr. Luke is the only reason why she has a career, when he is legitimately the only reason why her career is dead.

the public did that to carly rae jepsen yet she showed versatility, edginess and sophistication with her sophomore album. Who knew beyonce could get experimental and edgy and totally different and blow everyone's expectations to dust?

i wouldn't want to diss Kesha, or almost any other artist in the same spectrum, just because they're known for a specific kind of music.

Every artist has the capacity to release really good music, so let's not brush her off just because of something they're previously known for.

My favourite song by her ("The Harold Song") is not produced by Dr. Luke, so I'm sure she'll do fine without him.

She has a lot to offer. Maybe dig a little deeper into her music catalog? She definitely has a **** ton to offer musically. I don't even know where that'd come from. And her music isn't all 'generic pop trash'

Blah Blah Blah wasn't produced by Dr Luke and it was a hit which proves she didn't need Dr Luke to have a hit, she only needed a generic pop producer.

She writes the songs and some of her best songs were not produced by him.

Kesha on her own is a great songwriter/hitmaker. People in the business, like Dr. Luke know how to exploit and use the talent of the artist to create a certain package needed for market. But I don't think she needs him at all.
