Gaga x Apple: Premiering PI on Apple Keynote 2016?

Hello guys 

I've been following the Perfect Illusion announcement and something strikes me : it isn't complete. Like many of you pointed out, announcing a single with a vague release date is not really clever, especially with the possibilities of the single being release a month later. To me, this means Gaga wants us to be aware that something is coming, but she's can't be more specific right now.

As @Popjustice pointed out on few weeks ago on Twitter (http://gagadaily.com/forums/topic/195256-popjustice-about-rumoured-gaga-x-apple/?page=1), it is interesting to see that Apple event fits with the timeframe of Gaga single release date possibilities. Those were speculations before Gaga officially announced the new single. And even now, this theory is still working.

- Apple > VMA's. If there's one marketing stunt that just cannot be compete, it's being promoted by Apple. Gaga needs to hold back LG5/PI and skip a huge opportunity like the VMA's long enough to fit Apple promotion schedule ?
- We've seen few time in the past years Gaga leaving Apple office and talking with Tim Cook
- Apple 2016 Keynote is rumoured to be happening in early September, and even as soon as August 31rst 
- Iphone 7 is rumoured to be released on September 16th
- The new iPhone is rumoured to have wireless speakers, meaning that music should play a big part of the event
- Apple Music had important music exclusivities like U2 and Drake's Views which is a huge hit right now. They need these to promote Apple Music. 

So maybe Gaga wants us to be prepared for the single release but she can't say more because everything will be revealed during the 2016 Apple Keynote and iPhone announcement as part of the promotion of Apple's product.

That would be IN-SA-NE ! It could be anything, thinking that Apple are ahead when it come to new technologies, the possibilities are endless. It could be just promotion, exclusivities or something even more bigger ! 
I would totally be here for it !

Also, apparently her label had just given her the release date the day before she made the announcement. I'm sure she was eager to share it with us.

She will give a surprise performance at the VMAs and then put the single on Apple Music first.

Then after that on the 2nd of September she will release it on all other platforms and promote it on the keynote and other things you mentioned.

i really love apple music, especially the new/revamped design. it's prettier and easier to use. it's really worth subscribing to it, tbh. i wouldn't mind if gagz used it as a platform to promote PI.

I ride Apple's ****. I'm such a fanboy. iOS 10 is a Mona Lisa with minimal designs, It's breathtaking. I stan Apple right after Lady Gaga.

There were several rumours about the way she would debut the lead saying it would change the way music is released and it'd be competely unique. So maybe.

It would be brilliant marketing and she's a total Apple girl.

If the date was set that soon, it wouldn't be related to apple. This date has been set in stone for a long time.

The only thing I dislike about Apple Music is the artwork caches. It keeps storing them in my phone creating a lot of MB's, and GB's of them.

If she doesnt do the VMAs, thats probably cause they have that promo spot secured
