They have great connection, that's the most important thing. Most should be able to portray a punk vibe, there's an important factor is that they are part of a movement. It's not just a random guy that comes straight from university or whatever, there's a cultural background. And Gaga has ideas But are you sure? Where you learned this from? Simplicity and cleanliness is extremely hard to get right and a lot harder than many think. Idk, I appreciate their work specifically from a design perspective since I study design but i can see why many would be quick to jump on the "this is so boring and empty" train of thought. Photography and film are extremely similar and a lot of photographers dabble in video work. I mean each to their own but I thought Applause was beautiful, clean and simple. The whole MV looked like a huge photography piece came to life. The colours were stunning and the cinematography was impecc! Why are we also shifting to blame to I&V?
