Starships is the lead single, with PTA and Whip It, that would be three singles... And that's funny how? And RBMS, and other singles are Urban, so they're basically a different set of singles. As she's in between rap and mainstream, she'll release singles and videos for both, usually around the same time. So there will most likely be 3+ urban singles, as well as mainstream ones.
