The wait for his new album has quite literally become a meme at this point. I'm not for one second saying that Frank is a bigger star or celebrity than Gaga, but if you really think that his album isn't one of the most anticipated this year then you're either delusional, or you have a basic knowledge of the current music scene that is likely limited only to pop. I remember during the ARTPOP era those who weren't keeping up (most the gp) didnt even know that she had released an album. So I know some people haven't heard new music since Born This Way. Frank Ocean might be very anticipated in your social circles (friends, people who have similar tastes, go to the sames clubs, parties, listen to more or less the same type of music as you) or even in your country as a whole (which I highly doubt, tbh), but truth is, as huge as Frank Ocean might be in the US and in the UK, and as immensely talented as he is (I absolutely adore him), people in other countries barely know him. It's almost possible to call him underground. Even I, only knew him because of his participation in Beyoncé's album 2 years ago. We are not living in a world where the physical albuns arrive sooner in the US, we're living in a world of digital sales, instantly simultaneous worldwide. Look at the broader picture. This poll is aware of that. It's open for people from all countries. So no, I don't think its safe to say Frank Ocean's album is more anticipated. You got to understand that. Many don't see him in high regards. Only his fans are expecting his new album. There's tons of buzz for LG5. Millions of people worldwide are anticipating new Gaga music.
