For the past year Gaga has partaken in hugely publicized events that have kept her name on everybody's lips, but there has been little to no teasing going on. ARTPOP's fault was not its quality; it's a dynamite album - what somewhat hindered it's reception critically and commercially was the way it was hyped up soooo much. By staying mum on the details it gives a chance for the music to speak. Every promotion and performance becomes an event unto itself because it is another look into a secretive project.
