Well, I think that's possible (and very difficult actually), but it wouldn't be very useful since while in the USA is morning/afternoon in most parts of the world is night

Well it coincides with the rumour about her "releasing music in a new way" or "revolutionising the way music is released" or whatever lol. But they're just rumours for now! 

Personally I'd wait up until 5am on a course night just to hear it

Sadly my station hasn't been playing Gaga yet. When applause came out, they played it like twice and stopped.  Looks like they don't get their payola.

Not in the Netherlands. All important stations combined (six stations), she was played 5 times on 2nd of August and yesterday she got played once. (source http://watiseropderadio.nl/zoek/gaga//3fm,538,veronica,slam-fm,skyradio,qmusic )

 

We will have to see recurrent airplay updates I guess?

I feel like the single has to come within the next few weeks based on this alone. The radio isn't going to play her for longer than that.

I was in the car with my dad and he was listening to country radio and Yoü and I came on, I was so hyped. You and I was a giant hit in my area, the 4-5 radio stations in my county were playing it nonstop, so it makes sense that it was played but it was still awesome, I have also noticed that Sirius XM has been playing Paparazzi and Poker Face on their pop2k station a lot

Hopefully this is a sign but maybe you all just haven't noticed how much radio play she actually gets?

I know it's not the same everywhere but she gets loads of radio play in the UK anyway, not quite as much on radio one as they prioritise new music and not on capital cause they're awful but I hear her all the time on local and regional stations. 

BUT tbf, the past couple of days I have heard her a lot in various places

Radio resurgence is definitely a thing. At least from what I've learned/observed working with radio in high school and only having a handful of popular music (and by popular, I mean only maybe seven that aren't bluegrass or extreme country, and only two or three consisting of "popular" music of the past forty years) stations in my area. The music is often repeated after every hour and a half or so, switching out the few songs that got lesser listens or complaints, but (on pop stations) it's still typically certain artists getting multiple song slots in a short period of time, versus some who would get a play per day or week. 

In this area, even though Gaga's mother's family lives just half an hour away from me, they R A V A G E her music. Did they ever complain about her lyrics. Just Dance was frequently sped up and pitched, as it was slower than the usual beats of what they also played, Poker Face was barely played, and when it was they would gut it taking out random parts (no bluffin muffin or love gluegunning around here, no sir) and whole verses (Russian roulette verse onward), Bad Romance had like sixteen versions up here, all pieced up or skewed and distorted and awkwardly muted bleeped or redone (the whole "walk walk fashion baby x5" often became j u s t "work me work me I'm a free baby..), Judas was absolute TABOO too even be requested, Paparazzi was uselessly censored by muting eyeliner and cigarettes (), Born This Way often had NO bridge or "no matter gay straight or bi... I was born to survive" after the album era was over, and then slowly became an absolute scarcity on the airwaves...

BUT when it was pre-album hype time you better believe she was ALL over every channel, multiple times a day.
