Or are you ignoring this to sit and dwell in delusion? I'm just telling you this right now, when an artist feels like it, they can crank out a lot in a short amount of time. There have been amazing novels, written in the length of days. Amazing artwork that can takes less than hours. I think the reason why we see Gaga doing all of this is finishing touches. She would have to have some sort of confidence in her ability to finish an album otherwise she wouldn't have said that. I don't think Gaga really gives a sh** about what fans want anymore, so she wouldn't compromise her work just to get it out faster. She tried that with ARTPOP, and I think realized that just because you put out music, it doesn't mean that your fans will receive it well (half of yall still drag it to hell and back, even to this day). As we have seen with ARTPOP and iTunes Festival, earlier versions of Gaga songs are almost always better. She tends to overproduce and tweak too much if she doesn't rush.
