I just don't like some part where it feel too cheap staged. Anyway, this video comes right after WFL. She truly delivered with it. Good job Rihanna. If they come back with their same old music style they are doomed. Music has changed so much that they need to position their music precisely other wise they'll end like Linkin Park or Nelly Furtado. They're working with the produced of "Rock Steady" and with Diplo and Switch from Major Lazer (who also produced Run the world). WHYB kinda reminds me of Beyonce's RTW video. People don't even take Nicki seriously these days, I say most of the views come from people who were like "oh god let me see this mess" instead of "wow so innovative let me watch it over and over again". CANNOGABANG 4 Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 My opinion on the WHYB video; 1. She could have lip-synch better, like in Only Girl 2. I think the flame's sound in the first dance scene seeps into the video, which is distracting 3. The cinematography is quite unflattering 4. The dances should be hard and fast, considering that WHYB is a serious dance song (not a ''fun'' one like Starship). It's too smooth and ''pop''. The bridge part till the end though. It's incredible, everything about it is. WHYB is my most anticipated video this year so far, and it's hard to see something good when I expect better :cry:.
