Why is everyone so sure about August? First everyone thought it was February. When February passed May was on the table and now August. Prevent your disappointments and prepare for 2017 

Especially after that thread that said it was possible she would release before the end of the year.

That was the reporter speculating from his interview. Interestingly, he also mentioned that next week the press (or him, idek) will find out more details.

This, I honestly thought it was finally comingvthis month but after that interview I feel like nothing is coming I hope we get it before I start school again in late September because otherwise I'll have to kill myself or become a full time Katycat

My holidays end 20 August.. it would be amazing if she released it soon, but I actually think these radio stations are referring to Remark060 as their 'source'. They don't know anything. If at all, we'll be hearing it from KIIS and other big stations.

We'll see, but we should've learned by now to not set up our hopes too high. It only leads to disappointments, and some blame Gaga for it

Oh btw, throwback to the Billboard article about "Future Releases" saying that Britney Spears and Gaga were "The next ones" and Katy Perry would be later, on 2017 only.

 

Rise dropped few days later but Katy confirmed it was a Special song not from the actual album.

Make Me came out and this week Britney announced the album to be released later this month already...

 

It seems like she wanted to be "SEEM" on Studio on the last days in NY but at same time she hasn't posted any picture on studio or with any producer since June with BloodPop...

The time I was disappointed it's when RedOne said that she scrapped a lead single,

but then I knew she worked with Mark Ronson so I forgave her lmao
