The "possibly" could very well be her saying "Yes, but I can't tell you anything because I'm planning a surprise release". Also the Tony thing was obviously a joke, meaning she didn't even consider him being a part of her album and it's probably already finished.

That being said it was probably theoretical. Like if Gaga would make a rock album Tony wouldn't be in it because Tony and Rock are opposites. Haha! funny! U get it?
