If she did something intensive like Tracy Anderson 3-4 times a week for 1.5 hours to 2 ( you never need 3 ever !) - dramatic results would happen . I have to disagree and say though Gaga is much more toned on the abs that Katy, Gaga has much more tone! Those photos at the beach two weeks ago in Mexico!
