Slayer 9,227 Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 I'd rather have live instruments and a more organic sound, but I'm open to a bit of EDM under two conditions. 1) Gaga begins writing each song at the piano, and doesn't just apply melodies to beats that already exist. 2) It has to be progressive EDM. Something we haven't heard before. Not just following the current trend, but actually setting the trends like she used to do. I honestly can't understand the people saying "I want it to sound like Judas or Bad Romance". Hunty, you want her to remake a five-year-old sound? Isn't that one of the main critiques that ARTPOP had? Come on guys, she needs to move forward, not back. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
