"I stand here today as proof that you can live a normal and empowered life with mental illness." Damn... that is some serious pressure to put on yourself as a recovering addict in their 20's. I applaud this speech and Demi's courage for spreading this message, but I just fear she got high later tonight. I don't feel like she's living her truth right now.
