Gaga isn't listed. But thats not a bad thing. The Global Citizens fest is like 3 or 4 days later than this and it would be unlikely that she''d perform a similar/the same set at two different festivals just days apart. We can all meltdown if she's not on the GCF performer list

The line-up is pretty boring tbh. 

Aside from Sia, Ariana, Twenty One Pilots, Britney & Drake, the rest are just meh.

Wasn't expecting Gaga anyways, & it wouldn't make sense because she hasn't released anything yet.

I didn't expect them to announce LG5, but the lineup of the festival is nothing I'd call "major" I thought they'd tell us Britney album release date or KP5
