The Festival is scheduled for September 23-24, so it won't be headlined by: - Justin Bieber, He's performing in Norway on September 23-24. - Adele, She's performing in New York City on September 19-26. - Beyoncé, She's performing in Houston and New Orleans on September 22-24. - Drake, He's performing in San Jose on September 24. It might be headlined by Rihanna and Ariana Grande. But they won't give it just for these 2 artists to headline an entire festival, and they hyped the line-up a lot on Twitter, so maybe Gaga will be in it too? Plus, the Global Citizen Festival (which Gaga is rumored to be headlining this year, also tweeted firstly by LadyGagaNow) is on September 24 - so this should be takin in a consideration as well. I appreciate that information. Glad it wont be Justin. Not cause I don't like him, but cause I feel like he'd be a typical pick. Hopefully, Gaga is apart of the lineup.
