The allies used countries they controlled to house refugees that they didn't want to take in themselves. Whose point are you trying to prove?

 

It doesn't matter, the Middle Eastern people didn't riot against them and whine about different culture, as a reason not to accept them. So what about the culture clash? How could all those European Christian people seek refuge in culturally different Muslim lands? 

The reports, which detail conditions that echo those faced by refugees today, offer a window into the daily lives of Europeans, largely from Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Turkey and Yugoslavia, who had to adjust to life inside refugee camps in the Middle East during World War II.

 

Isn't it logical that ony other Christian culturally similar European countries were suppose to take them? Isn't that what monstereo was saying?
