The messiest leak imo was when Second Time Around, No Way, etc leaked and everyone said they were from TFM. Like one could search and download "The Fame Monster" in August 2009 with those songs and Vanity, Again Again... Everyone thought that was the new Gaga album.

Same with Alejandro. If I remember correctly, born this way and judas both leaked like a day before the release. So ultimately...not a huge deal. But that's all I can think of of the top of my head. Then the whole aura/burqa leak before ARTPOP. I think that was the messiest leak because it pushed up the album release date.

A Judas demo leaked like 3 days before but only little snippets. BORN THIS WAY the song on the other hand did NOT leak, I was hyper-perchedT to the radio premiere at midnight one or two days before the Grammys performance!

Definitely the whole Temple "leak" thing back in like August 2014. For anyone who doesn't know, Temple is an unreleased song from ARTPOP and there was a whole mess about someone claiming the track was floating around hackers and someone posted snippets of an unknown track claiming it to be Temple. We seemed to get close to having the whole track but figured out it was just a scam.
